Dear, I am trying unlock over 18 websites since Tuesday 14/02/17 and did pay £1 to verified my credit card. Since Tuesday I am waiting for the adult websites to be unlocked. I keep calling every day o2 customer service and every one telling me the same story it will unlocked within 24h ! Absolutely rubbish ! Did call Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (today) On Friday 17/02 even I went to o2 shop and been told the same story "wait 24h" and been given this ref no. xxxxxxxxxx I am really fed up ! This must be a technical issue. I am brand new customer moved my number from EE if they can not unlock it i don't want keep contract with o2 !

not all sites clasified 18 are naughty @Curr946 betting sites etc are also in that bracket

Thanks for the mention @adamtemp64 @Anonymous What did customer services say the last time you contacted them? Have they investigated why the block is still in place despite several attempts to remove it?

Still did not unlock it...... since 14/02
Keep telling me 24h now said that IT team is working on it and they have a system upgrdate and is not only me have the problem. Just poke with some supervisor .... She can not give me time when this will be fixed.....

Thanks for the update @Anonymous at least you know that the fault is been worked on and they hope to have it sorted soon. Please do let us know if anything changes.
