hi everyone im trying to upgrade my phone and it wont let me through the app and im also on a sim only deal and can i still get a new device whilst on a sim only

You can upgrade to a device plan after 3 months (with on time payments) but you must call customer service on 202 as they have to override the automated upgrade system, which doesn't allow it until 11 months have passed.
