o2’s upload speeds are wack

Hi i would like to know why your internet speeds go from upload speed of 7 dropping to 0.7, i got an unlimited gb internet sim so i could stream online pretty pointless because i can’t actually do it so paying £84 a month to scroll thru fb?! yWhy are your internet speeds so wack and inconsistent?

@poopinternet This is not O2. This is a customer community. Customer service numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Also below is the advice from an O2 Guru with another way on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
