sorry if this is in the wrong section.

 

Really not having a good time with o2 at current. had issues with missing orders but thats by the by and sorted finally.

 

Now i went in store and upgraded my phone, and recycled my old phone. how long does it take for the payment to go into my account? (its been 4 days since receiving the email that they are going to pay me and i know they said 5 days, but with everything ive had go on with o2 in recent times, i dont trust them and only used recycle because they were offering me more than cex were for a trade in).

I've emailed them, I'll ring them in the morning... Everything at o2 is such an effort at the moment it's an absolute joke

That's par for the course with UK telecoms companies at the  moment - O2 are no better and no worse than Vodaphone, Three and the like.
