i have recently rejoined o2, and using a 12 month sim only business acount deal,
but the app does not seem to work for me?

i wasnt suppled a username or password so i signed up with my email adress and it isnt linked even typing my number in too.

also texting 21202 says 'this service is currently unavailible to your account'

the 30% student is only on the refresh tariffs not sim only.

well i told them i need like 100 mins if that, unltd texts and 1gb data.
i wanted the £16 a month one and add a bolt on for extra data!

i got conned into 3 months free line rental then £26 a month for the other 9months, unlimted everything (2gb)

wont use it all but its only 9 months really so will have to put up with it.

rather that than the problems i had with orange/tmob and goffgaff! orange/tmob lost my phone number!!!!

and i had to get a new one when i went to o2 😞

well i didnt know anything about student discount so refresh would have been fine if i was saving money.

ring o2 on 8002 business customer services and explain you may still be able to get out of this and switch to a consumer tariff
