not received new phone but still getting billed..

I ordered a new phone on wednesday night, website said would be here thursday, now saturday, still no phone and a text saying my bill is ready!!!! Tracking number on confirmation email doesn't work either, how do I get in touch with O2 to find out what is going on?

I would go through to lost and stolen as technically it is lost. I'm sure they will help you
