Hi

 

I have a new phone contract also using o2 network.

 

I'd like to swap my number to the new phone and cancel the old phone payment which is beyond it's contract deadline.

You will need to contact Customer Services:

Call 202 or 0844 809 0202 (it is Christmas Eve so would expect limited staff and opening times) when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
