Firstly you will have to wait until after the 14 day cooling off period...It could be 30 days after that.

Hi @jaon.  Did you manage to find the URL in order to claim the tablet?  I can't find it anywhere in the mass of bumf they sent me.  Thanks.

Got this from Huawei Support UK. This website: https://www.huaweiredemption.o2.co.uk will be open to process claims from 8th December.
