new 4g sim card

I have installed the new 4g sim card yu sent me into my new iphone6+ but have No Service - will this come on automatically, if so how long approximately will it take; if not, what do I need to do

you will need to ring customer services to let them know you've put it in your handset.

 

They will then activate it with your number

from another handset i meant......or landline!!

 

there is a sim swap option on the O2 website but not sure how well this works

Have you rebooted the phone? Turn off and back on again....

From a landline the number to contact customer services are  0344 809 0202 (contract) or 0344 8090222 (Payg)
