payg limited service

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,my spare phone I use as emergency phone in the car has got limited access message on the screen.

I've been on my o2 account and the credits gone to 0.

Is this because I've not used the phone for a while?

If this is so how do I get the phone number back,as all my friends and family have this stored in their phone books.

Any help would be great!

Thanks Rob

The sim becomes deactive after 6 months unless you make a chargeable call. Speak to customer service and they will reactivate it and return the credit if the number hasn't been reclaimed. I reactivated a sim after 9 months so give them a call on 4445 or from the landline number in the contact link at the foot of the page.
