Call forwarding / Call divert does not work on Pay & Go

Anonymous
Not applicable

I bought a new Pay & Go card which is topped up with plenty of credit.

Unfortunately, Call divert does not work. Is this a bug with O2 service?

Well that Is just unfair to P&G customers, some of us cannot afford the luxury of paying every month, but we still pay to buy the device and for calls and texts and all the rest of the services that they provide.

Infact thinking about it P&G should be treated better than people that have a contract, as P&G customers can make the change to a different network easier than contract users, so to keep P&G customers loyal treat P&G better.

Most P&G tariffs these days require you to top up every month to get your allowances so in essence are the equivalent of a pay monthly contract. In that respect it may make more sense for you to get a 30 day Simplicity sim so as to get the benefits that contract customers get such as free voicemail, TuGo etc.

I see your point though but unfortunately O2 don't....

If you want PAYG call forwarding on the O2 network you need to move to giffgaff.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
