I would add here that so near Christmas it may well be out of stock...this is probably why you need to contact customer services to check...

Definitely call them. If it's out of stock you have time to cancel if the phone is wanted for Christmas.

Never order from o2 online at the beat of times but certainly not a week before Christmas!
In store is the only way to guarantee you'll get what you need.
