my contract is due up in november. i found a good deal on a different website and it still with o2. will i be charged if i took that deal now

We can not look in to indivdual accounts online, you are best signing in to My O2 on the O2 Website or ring 202.

It is safe to assume that you would need to pay off your current contract / device plan before being able to move to a new deal.

Bare in mind if you go through a 3rd Party, you will lose all the benefits of Refresh
