hi just wondering if you can help o have been having lots of problems with my account where I thought I had paid for my account but seems I haven't and I have been in contact with my back account as I have been hacked so could make any payments online with my card and now I have sorted it I went to pay for my outstanding now the account has gone

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
