my D/D doesnt include my airtime why?

I started my updated contract from a pay as go to 3 year 36 month contact but 02 only take the fee for the phone not airtime from my bank by direct debit. Why is this and i can i change this this to include both?

There should be 2 seperate DD's.

One for device and another for airtime.

You’d need to call O2’s customer service team about it if not set up – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
