missed calls

I have had several people call me but all I get is a missed call message but I can then phone them back

I have gone on the service checker and it does say there are some mast problems but why can I phone them almost straight back ?

I've just tried resetting the delay before voicemail kicks in but there's apparently an unknown error so no joy

@diesel52 Could all be connected to your mast issue. It's hard to say. The only other thing you can do at this point is download the My Network app and report it, but that may make no difference as the issue is already known.

To dial the short code to change the length of ring time, you need to turn off WiFi calling first.
