Hi

I awaiting 4 sims ordered on the 25th of November, does it normally take this long?

Likely held up in Royal Mail strikes.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Sales couldn't help, suggest probably lost. They have started billing - can I reclaim this month if they do turn up? Also if I want to cancel when does the 14 days cooling off start? if from contract date that runs out this week!

Contract starts from the date on your contract paperwork.

If you want to cancel I'd do it now. You only get charged for usage in the 14 days so there will be nothing to pay.
