After the problem is finally fixed, if you call CS and ask politely you will likely get a gesture of goodwill to cover the downtime....
Just remember this is NOT your legal right but most times you will be offered a gesture wink

Hi,

What is your Service Status saying ?

http://status.o2.co.uk/

As MI5 says they may give you a goodwill gesture even tho O2 cover this issue in their terms and conditions.

You could try removing your sim and wiping it down and turning off 3g in your phones settings to see if 2g makes a difference.

TuGo is available for pay Monthly Customers.

WhatsApp and Viber are alternatives also.

Hope all goes well.

There are many improvements rolling out at the moment due to the 4G commitment. I only ever used to get basic GPRS (if I was lucky) until a few weeks ago. Our local mast was down for about 10 days but I get H+ all the time now and 4G just down the road slight_smile
