itemised bills

How do I view itemised bills on the My O2 website??? I want to look at the numbers I dialled in September.....can't seem to see it anywhere..

You can download / open a the bill in PDF format. This will list all calls in date/time order.

View your latest bill in My O2

Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.

Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills

That will bring up the old style web page

Use the drop down box for previous bills

Follow this process.

Sign in and click on the mobile number,
Click on View latest bill
Scroll down and select the bill in question
Click on details usage and charges link. (new page opens)
Click download pdf bill

Yes 18 months. Just download the September bill as a pdf and you will see all the numbers called.

Why no itemised bills on Pay as you Go

You would need to ask that question to customer service but as yet it isn't an option on pay and go. P&G is precisely that and if you need a record of calls and texts you would be better with a 30 day sim only contract.

You can request a log of all your outgoing calls and texts on payg but you need to fill in a subject access request form and pay £10
