I bought an iphone where the email told me it would be available for pick-up on the 20th but as of today it is still not available. how long do I have to wait ?
I bought it knowing that it was available in store and therefore ready for delivery. whereas i went to the store of my choice and it was not available. why do you say these misleading things?
i urgently need a mobile phone for my work and i am still without one.

@raffaeleporcodi This is not O2. This is a customer community. O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system. They never have, and probably never will. The email you received was probably automatically generated, and obviously incorrect. You'll have to chase it with customer service, but don't expect to get the answer you're looking for.
