If you cannot find an e-mail or text about it, and cannot get in via https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin - then contact O2 via Social Media, link just below has the detail, @Benbrown85 - this is a customer forum, not O2, and nobody here can access your account to correct or activate it. Good luck.
