Number port

can't receive sim swap text

Trying to swap my sim because have got no service. It asks you to put a code in recieved by text in order to do this but I cannot recieve said text because I have no signal! Please help!

Blue light discount won’t work

So I used my payslip as evidence and it’s been confirmed with my blue light card I’m elegible for it however when choosing the phone number it says my iPhone 12 pro isn’t valid for this discount ?
