Hello Again,

It would seem that I am plagued with problems, I have just bought a Samsung S7 Edge which is unlocked only to find that when I inserted the O2 sim it comes up with Invalid sim card, Network locked sim inserted???

It is asking for a unlock code, Any advice would be greatly appreciated .

Regards,

Sam

It's the phone that is locked not the sim, so either get the seller to unlock it or return it. You can of course get it unlocked if you know the history of the phone and which network it is locked to.

I'd say the phone wasn't unlocked so you need to request unlocking code from the network it is locked to.
