Hi I am emailing from NZ and cannot use my card to top up my phone. The card is working in shops etc but is being declined when I use it online to top up my phone, The phone has no credit at all at the moment and I am here until March 6th. I am emailing from my neice's address. Can we resolve this problem. I did ring 4444, answered all the security questions, and it took the last of my phone credit. Annice

Or do you know anyone in the UK who can top it up for you?

Another option is to ask a friend in the UK to buy a top up voucher for you and email or text you the code...
Or as you have access to a computer go into MyO2 and pay using your card online
I have used both these options when abroad...
