international bolt on charging landline calls

I'd like to understand why I am charged for international calls on landline where I have the option international favourites with 3000min on landline included....

And of course, when I use Skype on my computer it works fine....

I have found that Skype works best for me on my Windows laptop or Windows phone - The android version seems quite buggy

Skype has always worked fine for me whether calling landline or mobile from overseas.
