Shop around for insurance. You will get a better deal from elsewhere and can do it online

Search on Google for phone insurance and you will find better deals that you can take out now.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @nial ,

When did you take out the device? you can only add insurance on in the first 28 days of your contract.

If you already have the phone then you won't be able to add o2 insurance.
Check your home insurance and your bank account - either/or may cover you.
Alternatively shop around...

@nial If you have homeowner's contents insurance check your policy. You may already be covered. Many banks do insurance for mobiles as well.

@nial You'll have to speak to customer service. Best time to call is 8 am.

If missing a payment has canceled your policy, just shop around for a new one elsewhere.
