went in store got a £18 deal for 2 sims on a 12 month deal but still my boy has no signal go on to my o2 account and i cant see anything related to my purchase of the o2 deal i got

You would be best to pop back into store tomorrow and get them to check it has all gone through from there end, but myo2 can be 24hrs behind..
