hi im currently using a blackberry and on pay as you go i was just wondering how i would go about geting a new phone and possibly going on contract. does anyone know how i can do this please

you could dial 4444 abd speak to a payg retentions advisor as they have offers for moving to a contract from payg. to speak to normal sales you can call 0800 089 1520 as well. but i would do the first option.

keeping the number is easy customer services can do that for you.

you could just go sim free if you just after a new phone, sell your current phone to help toward the cost of buying the phone you want then put your existing sim in the new phone & carry on as before
