idata bolt on disappeared

Hi there, my idata bolt on has disappeared, which means no visual voicemail. Neither the app or the website gives me the opportunity to add that bolt on. Of course, I can't message help and am discouraged from calling customer services.

I've tried the various 1750/1760 type solutions. 

Any other ideas?

A call to CS is needed, @rich-bristol, numbers in this Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - I had to do the same when my 3x data bolt-on disappeared in April. The freefone number ending 4005 seems to get best results.. Good luck.
