iPhone Warranty Repair - o2 refresh

Currently with o2 refresh, iPhone SE has developed a fault, would I be right in saying best go to an Apple Store for warranty repair? o2 faulty goods process looks long winded!

@Anonymous I like that diplomatic sentence 'O2's faulty goods service looks long winded' :smileywink:....Always best to go back to the manufacturer is the general opinion on here. Add to that Apple do seem to give excellent service...

I would urge any customer with a faulty phone to deal directly with the manufacturer irrespective of the type of phone.
