Hi, hope someone can help I ordered ipad for my little one 2 days ago can't get my new password correct changed it login no sign of order but I have email confirmation for ipad and number for the sim card for new ipad + 20 upfront fee has been taken off bank can anyone help cause customer service is shocking

No-one can help you here. You have to persevere with customer services. 8-8.30am is usually the best time to call, though I phoned at 2pm today and got through to an advisor immediately.
