You know when you think you have the right mobile? But then you think actually you may as well have had what you really wanted thats me at the moment. I sent it back today informing them I'd like an exchange within the 14 day period.

As long as you have told them within 14 days, you're OK.
It will take at least a week or more for o2 to process the return.

They have to scan the device back into stock first before a new contract for your preferred phone is ready
