all ready said it, how do you cancel if, 1, no one anwsers 202 and 2 just cancel period

Always best to call 202. Unfortunately you have to be patient at busy times but at least the call is free.

Try calling at an off peak time if you can, i.e. not at lunch or dinner time. Be aware that if you cancel your contract you will still owe the remaining months of it.
