how in the hell do you get to cancel the existing contact

all ready said it, how do you cancel if, 1, no one anwsers 202 and 2 just cancel period

Try calling at an off peak time if you can, i.e. not at lunch or dinner time. Be aware that if you cancel your contract you will still owe the remaining months of it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
