Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum..
To view a breakdown of your old bill costs
A step by step guide
*View your latest bill in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
*Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
*Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
*Scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see Download and print PDF bill
I have shown a step by step guide as this is the way I do it.

thank you for your suggestion, but i still can't view it. may i confirm with you that you only provide monthly bill? i have only started to used o2 for 3 days
Oh that's different then @Anonymous Yes the bill is produced monthly so after 3 days there will be nothing to view as such. You'll get your first bill within four days, depending on the date you joined O2. Your account will be debited 14 days after you receive your first bill, and your bill date will be the same every month. O2 email you to say how much it will be.

Incidentally if you download the MyO2 app you can keep track of your usage http://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2

To view your charges up to your next bill, follow the above steps until you get to the old style Web page and then click on the recent charges in the left hand column. You will see a drop down box to see calls, messages and data.
Your first bill will be higher than your agreed tariff as you are billed for the first few days until the billing date has been set up plus the first months tariff and handset if on a Refresh contract.
