TOO EXPENSIVE TO USE PHONE.

Anyone know why 02 are taking money from my £10 credit before I have even used the phone each day. When I look at my phone I keep getting a message " you have used £1 of credit today".I am now not using my phone as I need to as it is far to epensive. A £10 top up would last me a month now it's gone in a few days .

What tariff are you on with payg @Anonymous? Some take your top up and use for your allowances. The £1.00 a day charge appears to be the Web daily charge as mentioned by @gindygoo. You need to turn mobile data off on your phone and just use wifi to connect to the internet

Just turn off or disable mobile data to stop the charge.
