hi im wondering if im able to speak to some one from 02 in live chat im wondering ive  got a phone from sky im wondering if im able to put my sim card into that phone i had from sky im jsut wondering how i go about it if i can i need esim card

@cazz11 If the phone isn't locked to Sky you can use any sim. If you want an esim, call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby, and ask for a esim pack. Be sure to bring photo ID with you.

im not sure if it is ive already got sim plan with 02 to so i dont want to add any more costs  i jsut wanna beable to transer my sim on to this phone if i can

If you have got an O2 SIM just put it in the phone you have from Sky. The phone probably isn't locked.

All Sky mobile phones are unlocked

Just put your O2 sim in the phone

@cazz11 What costs are you talking about? Sim cards are free.
