You needed to do a sim swap,  Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update  If you haven't then you need to call o2, there is no way to do it online. 

 

Call o2 on 202 from an o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you're on the new 360 system you can activate it in your MyO2.
