Thank you for your message. It says I’d need to call 202 to order the sim but cannot get far as my call is not classed as urgent.

Try 0800 587 4005. This seems to get the best response.

Don't worry about O2's idea of urgent. To the sustomer THEIR problem is urgent.

BTW there are numerous other numbers in the guide I posted.
