how do i set up a direct debit? I cannot get through telephone call as its only for urgent lines.

Unfortunately only customer service can do this, it may be worth signing into your myo2 and have look through there, but don't forget you can pop into your local O2 store.

You can also set up a direct debit mandate here with instructions to your bank.
