Hi all,

 

 Paid my little brothers phone deposit ( £225 ) using my card and just paid this third bill even tho it wasnt due to be paid until the 4th feb. Anyone know how/when the £225 will be paid back? Someone suggest i had to wait until the 4th bill was generated Smiley Surprised

Call CS on 202 once the 3rd bill has been paid and they will arrange to refund it to you.

Usually the third bill but hopefully it will appear on your next bill, if it doesn't then contact cs

It's refunded on the 4th bill after 3 successive on time payments. It's usually credited to the account and you need to call them to request it to be paid into your account.

they can hold it for longer if you have been late making payments. Your best bet is to call 202

Anyone else who searched for this you literally just call and they refund it there and then if you have paid your 3rd bill on time
