deposit repayment

Hi all,

 Paid my little brothers phone deposit ( £225 ) using my card and just paid this third bill even tho it wasnt due to be paid until the 4th feb. Anyone know how/when the £225 will be paid back? Someone suggest i had to wait until the 4th bill was generated

Call CS on 202 once the 3rd bill has been paid and they will arrange to refund it to you.

Usually the third bill but hopefully it will appear on your next bill, if it doesn't then contact cs

It's refunded on the 4th bill after 3 successive on time payments. It's usually credited to the account and you need to call them to request it to be paid into your account.

they can hold it for longer if you have been late making payments. Your best bet is to call 202

thanks will get him to gove them a call after the bill date has passed ( and never been late paying )

You can choose to have it refunded to your card or credited to the account to pay the bills from.
