Signed up for O2 sim through Virgin upgrade. 6 Days later no SIM. Can this be right?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I am having 2nd thoughts about coming to O2.
I contacted customer services to explain...without Number they cant help....even though i explained no SIM card therefore no number
I then chose to visit O2 shop in Edinburgh, the assistant took me name and placed me on an hour long waiting list !!
I then contacted Virgin Media Customer Service ( since I was offered SIM by them) the very helpful staff member tried to process order..again and using the PAC i provided, only to find Virgin sys cannot do this in O2.
O2 told her they would contact me...3 more days and nothing.
