this was due to linking to o2 through a sms

I dont have data on my account, never get billed but this is not on im affraid regarless of how small it is.

I cant seem to get to talk via email, online to anyone at o2.

What do you mean by linking through an sms?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
