Sorry if this is glaringly obvious somewhere else, but I've had a nightmare trying (or being ignored while trying) to cancel a 2yr contract coming to an end. Just want to give notice. I've spent 40mins tonight on-line chatting to operators who only want to sell me somehting and ignore all my requests to cancel. I want to put the request in writing but don't know where to send it. Very frustrating

Speak to them on 202 and either give 30 days notice or ask for your PAC. Much better to speak to them.
