anyone know how to contact O2? Have replied to the 'mycare' email they sent me but he says they dont respond to emails any longer!

Only forms of contact are below. Email was stopped as a means of contact well over a year ago to be replaced by live chat. Calling early morning is the best option, press 2 then zero without listening to the recorded message.
