I applied for a phone 4 days ago now but still heard nothing . I spoke to live chat and they said its been sent over to credit check. Does anyone know how long this should roughly take before i get and answer? Thank you

A credit check normally is done the same day so maybe they will be asking for a refundable deposit. Only customer service can answer this I'm afraid.

That's quite likely too but in that scenario the OP would have received acceptance emails I would have thought.

Thank you for your comments . I spoke to 02 and they said been i applied on a friday it takes longer due to weekend . I should hear something today
