I took up a contract with Virgin as it came with my 18-month media bundle, The sim card hasn't even been put into a phone. When I cancelled my virgin contract when it ended I was told that the O2 contract would also be cancelled but I am getting emails saying I have an outstanding balance on a contract that has never even been used and I want it canceled as I was told that is what would happen at the end of the 18 month period.
