contract minutes & free 02 to 02 minutes - which gets used first?

hi,

 

say I have 100 contract minutes and 100 'o2 to o2' minutes available - if I phone someone else on o2 which minutes would get used?  Would the 'o2 to o2' minutes only get used once the contract minutes are up?

If you call an O2 number it comes out of your o2 allowance. If you call any other number it comes out of the other allowance. The 2 run side by side and will show as 2 amounts in "My O2"

Hi.

Your contract minutes wwill be cross network.

A bolt on kicks in when your tariff allowances are exhausted
