I have been trying to pay my bill online for over a week. it is continually rejecting card. I have checked with bank  and card  not damaged and fubnds available. 02 are now threatening to cut me off.. age 75   and very unwell, this is a nightmare. I only use this one card for everything and have no problem paying other companies with it... help !!!

Geof kindly responded.. but I pay monthly by direct debit my account is not pay as you go...

In the MyO2 app, @Valmontina, on the front screen,scroll down to the bottom and click View All

 

Then scroll down to Other, you will see Manage Cards For Payment.

Here you can add your card details and save them for use in bill payment section. 

 

Then on the Pay Bill screen, you will be able to pay your monthly Airtime and Device Plan (note, 2 separate payments if you are on Refresh) using this card now its details are stored in your MyO2 Card 'wallet'.
