There seems to be an issue with data packages on some accounts.
Look in your My O2 and see if it states iPhone data. If not you will need to call CS on 202 to get iData enabled on your account.
You can get data to work temporarily by changing your apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" but it should be iData for all functions to work properly.

Hi,

Do you have any data allowance left ? Check by looking in your Myo2.

Look in the iPhones settings to ensure 3G is toggled on.

Settings -> Mobile/Cellular -> Enable 3G.

Remove the Sim Card and wipe it.

Can you try the SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination.

Connect iPhone to Data Help thread Here.

Check your Mast Status via your full postcode Here.

Also try in your iphone : Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Press the Sleep/Wake Button and Home Button together until the Apple Logo appears and let go. Your iPhone will reset.
